Who I am

Chanda Vaniman is a Board-certified health and wellness coach, Exercise Physiologist, Yoga instructor, Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor, has a Master’s of Science in Integrative Wellness, and lover of all things wellness.. It takes time to make a behavioral change and I am here to walk along side you in your journey, pulling out your strengths that can lead to the life you envision for yourself.
